Cooking instructions

This dish is making a perfect dinner option, served piping hot. It is already cooked, so very easy and quick to heat up. Open the box, pierce the film and heat up the Octopus andSaffron potato cream in a microwave for 3 minutes at 750w, or remove the tray, place in an oven-resistant plate and heat up at 120 degrees C in a pre-heated fan-assisted oven for 10 minutes. In alternative you can heat up separately the Octopus and Saffron potato cream saute’ in a non-sticky pan for 5 minutes. Stir well the cream and serve as a garnish with the confit tomatoes. Plate in a flat dish and add your ‘last touch’ as you wish.

Our recommendation?

A delicate and complex dish with saffron and octopus flavour. Its elegant characters need a delicate and fruity olive oil not to interfere with his profile. We recommend to enjoy it with Filippo Berio’s Extra Virgin Olive oil.

Buon appetito!

CAUTION: steam may be released when removing film lid.
