Anolini is a filled pasta typical of the Emilia Romagna region. The filling is a combination of a hand selected meat cuts and Parmigiano Reggiano. The accompanying sauce is made with stewed Jerusalem artichoke, leeks and pumpkin and delivers and distinct blend of flavours that is perfect alongside the pasta.
